Back then, I found joy in coaching and encouraging my team to be their best.A Journey from immigrant Roots: growing confidence Through challengesGrowing up in London as the child of immigrants wasn't easy. I was super sensitive, and my childhood taught me to pay close attention to how people felt. But confidence didn't come naturally. I used to get really nervous, even feeling sick on the way to school because of my social anxiety.Choosing confidence: overcoming Anxiety with Hard WorkHalfway through primary school, I decided that feeling anxious all the time wasn't the life I wanted. My emotional sensitivity is my superpower!
